Subject: Sonr Music 2 – Everything is done in your browser

Dear Customer,

To generate the diagnostic report, you'll need:

• Your Sonr Music 2 device
• A USB cable
• Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Opera (Safari and Firefox are not supported)

Please follow these steps:

1. Connect your Sonr Music 2 device to your computer using a USB cable.
2. Open the following page in your browser:
   https://music.sonr.pro/m2-diagnostics
3. Click Connect.
4. In the pop-up window, select your device (on Windows, it will usually appear as a COM port, for example COM3) and click Connect.
5. Once the device information is displayed, click Copy Report.
6. Paste the copied report into your reply to this email.

If your device does not appear in the list, please:

• Reconnect the USB cable.
• Try a different USB port.
• Make sure the device is powered on.
