We carefully investigated your issue and for resolution we would like to suggest you reformatting your device.
In order to proceed to the reformatting of your SONR Music device, please follow the next steps:
On Windows
- Connect SONR Music device to your PC.
- Open “This PC” and right-click on the SONR Music.
- Select Format.
- In the window that appears, choose FAT32 as the file system.
- Click Start to begin formatting.
On macOS:
- Connect SONR Music device to your Mac and wait until.
- “SONR Music” folder should appear on your desktop and in Finder. This could take a few minutes.
- Open Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities).
- Select the SONR Music device from the list on the left.
- Click Erase.
- Choose exFAT as the format and Master Boot Record as the scheme.
- Click Erase to begin formatting.
Once formatted, please upload two different audio tracks to the device and test if playback works correctly.
