My item was damaged in transit

If your SONR product arrived damaged:

  1. Do not discard the packaging – we may need it for the claim.

  2. Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  3. Contact our Customer Support immediately at infomusic@sonr.pro with your order number and photos.

  4. Our team will provide instructions for return, replacement, or refund based on the situation.

Note: Returns for damaged items are processed quickly to minimize inconvenience.
